GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION

These Terms and your use of this Website will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions; all claims and actions must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in San Diego County, California; and, you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. The failure of Tech-Life to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
