Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of this Website will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. All claims and actions must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in San Diego County, California, and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. You waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and venue.

Miscellaneous

Tech-Life may assign these Terms at any time to any subsidiary or affiliated company, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of Tech-Life to another entity.
