All returns must be preauthorized and accompanied by a return merchandise form — any unauthorized returns will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and in original cartons. Less-than-case quantities will not be accepted unless the cause is a manufacturing defect. Returns ship prepaid by the customer unless the return results from a manufacturing error, shipping error, or defect.

We recently doubled our standard warranty to 24 months. Every Tech-Life product ships with a 24-month hassle-free warranty — any manufacturing defects or faulty components are covered for your customers.
Damage caused by abuse or misuse is not covered under this warranty. Our process is repair-first, replace second — a replacement speaker is provided only when a unit can't be repaired by our staff. Do not provide exchanges to your customers for warranty issues; exchanged units will not be credited or replaced.
